Waypoint’s strategic assessment process is aligned with the best academic models and was developed from the lessons of Gulf War I. It stems from the reality that exceptional organizations are able to mobilize their people to do the right things right.

Our strategic assessment process can be completed in about 6 weeks. It involves: a) confirming the mission of your firm or business unit, b) identifying 20 to 30 functions or factors that could help your organization catch up or set you apart, c) surveying your people about the importance of those factors and your organization’s strengths and weaknesses relative to them, d) delivering a statistical / visual display that pinpoints your organization’s gaps, and e) charting a course forward. Waypoint’s process focuses your organization, promotes buy-in and excitement, and all but eliminates office politics.
